From the port you follow the signs to Ag.Procopios-Ag.Anna.
After about 2 km you are out of NaxosTown (you realize that by the fact the buildings are less dense). Once you are out of Naxos Town, there is a sharp right turn ("Naxos Camping" is on left the corner of this turn), where you have to turn right (if you continue straight you will end either to the airport station or to Ag.Anna village).
Once you have turned right you continue straight for about 1km. Then you arrrive to another junction where you continue straight on (you do not turn left), following the sign to "Stelida". After about 600m from this junction, there is a sign of Villa Marandi directing you to turn right on the dirt road. You turn right and in 150m there is Villa Marandi on your left hand, just before the beach.
